Avatars and emoticons are not animated until i hover my mouse cursor over them.

Avatars and animated pics are not animated until i hover my cursor over them. happens alot and I have even changed to a different GPU and new windows install and it still happens, So pretty sure its not just me. I am using chrome and win 7 64bit. any one else seeing this weird issue?

I am getting the same with the animated avatar. When I scroll the avatar off the page and back on again, it stops animating, Mousing over it restores the animation. I see this on Chrome on Mac and Win7.

Yes exactly thats what mine does. Tried three different comps all same result.
