shipping is free from that seller, but the price could change anytime. idk if i have to pay customs fees since i live in the u.s. but other countries may vary. it uses the same panel as the catleaps etc. but i loved the aesthetic and look of this monitors construction and the price is what sealed the deal. hopefully, its solid and in one piece *knocks on wood again* lol.

but i will posts some pics when i receive it... wink.gif

sup folks. got my monitor in today and so far, i am very pleased.

heres how it came packaged. i was kinda worried since it was only wrapped in bubble wrap (twice) from such a long trip.

but after cutting the wrap off, the box was virtually unscathed. i was supremely impressed, and the credit goes to DHL for handling my shipping because ive had things delivered through ups and fedex, and the box would always be walloped in some sort. it was my first experience with dhl shipping, i only wish the places i buy stuff from used their shipping because they did a fantastic job for me.

side view

the essentials: powers brick, plug and adapter for u.s. outlets, 3.5mm audio cable (which i didn't expect) and of course the dual link dvi. i was also impressed by the build quality of the dual link dvi, i ordered me another through amazon because i thought the cable that was included with this monitor might be inferior, but i was totally wrong. its always nice to have a backup, tho.

nicely packaged as well. one thing i will say, i didn't open it entirely as i am waiting on my other computer parts to arrive, so i can assemble my whole system at one time. the monitor and stand feels solid, but the base platform in which the stand is connected to is made of plastic, which a bummer but never the less... i am very pleased with monitor. this is just a basic overview so far - when i get it assembled, and start it up, i will post more pics and a review.

finally, big kudos to the ebay seller green-sum. i ordered this monitor last thursday and it arrived today on monday. the fact that they shipped it out quickly and chose dhl to handle my packaging is just amazing. totally recommend that seller. anyway, its getting late and im tired, so... peace.
