I'm not questioning your like of the game, but are you aware that the game itself (alone) will be $30? They're offering it with a 1 month server rental, $15 in-game currency, 3 guest passes to let your friends try the game, for the price that the game alone willcost? If you were considering it at a discounted price, why aren't you getting it at the discounted price of $20 rather than complaining about them offering higher packages for a little more? Offer stands until 10/17, don't complain when you decide you want the game after that and have to pay $30 for just the game alone

Or will it be like Minecraft, where if you purchase the BETA, you get the final release for free?
It's a pre-order. You pay $20-$40 now for whichever package you want. It gets you the actual release game + alpha/beta access and whatever extras your package includes.

Yeah, I was interested until I saw that, I'll pass.
Why does everyone insist that the micro-transactions are bad? You can't buy everything that's in the game, and you can find everything that's at the store out in the world. You're not competing against rich kids buying assault rifles at the store. All you can buy are essential items like food, bandages, and other accessories. I'd be surprised if they even sell anything more than a pistol, where the pistol would not be easy to afford.Edited by Stealth Pyros - 10/5/12 at 7:14am
