wow 60's...You should be able to run at 2.8 with low voltage 1.4-1.425 did you try your chipset voltage and your Ht voltage 1.6 1.25 respectively? And the ram at those tight timings is gonna need some voltage stock is 2.75 so 2.95 Is pretty much a safe margin

Check your BIOS temp and compare it to the softwares reported temp. The BIOS usually reflects 80% or the full load temp.
I have found the AIBoost to read the same as Bios temps, but I've been using Coretemp as a guide, it measures both cores, and thats what I was refering to. And I have installed another fan in the front since we last talked, should be plenty of air now.

For temps use probe that came with your mobo.Or speedfan.

Pease clarify voltages you are referring to. I can try boosting the ram a bit more, I'm not up to 2.95 yet.
