about to pull the trigger on the Antec Kuhler H2O 620
right now my hd 5770 is oc, gpu 1ghz, ram 1.4ghz

wondering how well the Antec Kuhler H2O 620 will cool the card before i buy.
right now the xfx hd 5770 ref card sits at about 52-55% fan speed for 61c, under 100% load while folding for about 24hrs.

mostly trying to figure out how low the temp would be using the 620.
any ideas?

To be honest, I wouldn't spend any money on that card, i'll sell that, save the money from the aftermarket cooler and get a 6850 or something. It'll blow that card away without even stressing it.

don't bother. if you're going to use the 620 with a dwood bracket, get a better gpu. temp-wise from the factory cooler, you should expect at least a minimum of 5c drop. Given the ambient temperature, you could expect better with lower ambients, i'd say even up to 10c during load.

In all honesty not much, $40 maybe at a push...

But the money you're about tospend on cooling is a complete waste given the card it's going on.
