Need a new mouse

Thread Starter
my current mouse is a super cheap ($ 12) Logitech. It isn't comfortable, because after some time of usage the part of my hand/wrist that rests on the desk surface starts hurting. I've used mouse pads with wrist rests (gel type) before, but that aggravates different pressure points. So now I'm looking for a mouse where most of my hand can rest on top of the mouse and not on the surface area. Any suggestion would be appreciated.
I've contemplated buying is the Mionix NAOS 5000 7 Buttons USB Laser 5040 dpi mouse.

Death adder?

The deathadder is one of the best palm grip mice and is fairly cheap. If you live near a frys electronics, you can pick up the deathadder BE for 40 bucks this week.

The naos shape is great for palmgrip but either you love it or you hate it but I would choose the naos 3200 over the naos 5000 because of the sensor if you don't mind some prediction and a higher lift off distance

Steelseries Sensei isn't large enough for palm grip.

Does the 5000 have a defective sensor or something?
