can one "make" a custom closed loop?

"Using the same basic methodology as the above but quicker if done correctly"

Step 1: Fill a container with Distilled water and dunk your radiator into it and shake and turn etc, until you get all the air out of the rad.

Step 2: Using the T connection, hook both line in and out of your pump to the T and fill the loop as best you can and then flick the pump on. make sure your T connection is above the pump so the air works it's way up easier and shake the pump violently until you get all the air out of the pump. You may have to flick the pump on and off a lot to help shake loose any stubborn pockets of air.

Step 3: Carefully disconnect one of your T lines and connect it to your radiator (Please Note that one of your lines has to be cut the right size to reach your radiator mounting point before you do this method as you don't want to have a ton of extra air added to your loop if you add a longer section of tubing after bleeding the pump. (Alternatively follow the bolded directions in step 4 for adding a longer section after bleeding the pump)

Step 4: Proceed to dunk your final piece of tubing in the distilled water as to get rid of air pockets in the tubing and then carefully connect your tubing to the radiator and then to the T line. (Make sure to connect the radiator end of tubing under the water so no air gets back in the tubing.)

Step 5: Proceed to turn on the pump while again holding or supporting the T connection higher than the rest of your loop to bleed any additional pockets out(which by this point should only be fizz if done correctly)

Step 6: Seal the last opening of the "T" connection with a cap. (Alternatively if done correctly you can add a silver kill coil inside the "T" Connection for added protection)

If done correctly you will have reduced your bleeding time and chance of having additional pockets of air trapped in your loop. This method is also much quicker if done correctly and in the right sequence.
