Razer Anansi questions !

I want to buy a Razer Anansi keyboard and i have some questions.


1.I play all games, except MMO's. I saw that this keyboard has some macro buttons just below space button, for example if i play Battlefield 3, on that game i need to stay with my big finger all time on the space bar, when i do that, i can hit the macro keys, and not having to proper press the space button, and on writing texts as well ?

2. I've was that the keyboard doesn't have Alt button. How the hell i can Alt+Tab games on background ?

First of all, the anansi is a mmo orientated keyboard. Don't get the anansi if you want to play fps. The anansi is membrane keyboard priced at mechanical keyboard prices, only reason you would want to pay is to have the few buttons below. If you play fps games, I can recommend you the Mionix Zibal 60, CM Storm Trigger if you want some macros or Ducky Shine 2 if you want cool LED backlight modes.

Well, MMO, no MMO, i think it will perform the same in a fps
I wanted a Razer too because i have a Taipan and i wanted some set stuff.

And the black window is expensive. And i had a Lycosa, and was a fail.

On the Razer Anansi i can macro a button as a Alt button ?

Why the hell doesn't have Alt button ? The keyboard looks so nice...'

I guess i can marco the below space bar button as a Alt button..

Ohh crap two times. It HAS a Alt button. The Europe version has, i dunno what the heck the youtube vids don't have a alt button.



EDIT: Ok, sorry about the thread guys i am a stupid nerd smile.gif)

The Mac version is the one without the Alt button, the PC version is with the Alt button. Thanks !

If you really want a razer keyboard, I can only recommend an Anansi, it the only razer keyboard that doesn't spoil within a year. My friend has one and his caps lock LED flickers, ain't very obvious but its quite annoying.

Well the black window is very expensive, the lycosa is a fail, i had 2 of them and in 2 days the enter button was a complete fail, it broke, and i had to rma it.

I will get the anansi, and i hope my big finger, who is on the space bar can tops the macro keys below the space bar.

I would go mechanical if I were you.
You would find one much better then any membrane keyboard and they will last much longer.
Get one like the CM storm Quick fire rapid/pro with Cherry MX red's if you are going to do a lot of gaming.
