Not much to look at but did get this far this Morning.. So far the Face has been the biggest pain.. Tedious job Messing with the Plastic and modding in the Switches.. The Bondo is going to be interesting once i am ready to start using that..

When I modded my old HAF 932 i/o panel, I was recommended filler w/ fiber-glass. It helps with a better bond to plastic and its easy to sand down.

I will be honest.. I have never used this before.. so could be quite the mess. tongue.gif. The guys I talked to said this will work. But they stressed the fact that prepping the plastic properly is the key.

Correct surface preparation is key to any type of bonding work be it paint, powdercoat, plating or body filler. I am very interested in how this will turn out. jerry.gif

Hey with your painting skills I would guess you will have no trouble pulling that off at all! I'm curious as to what exactly you will be using the bondo for other then that little ding you made with the dremel.

Behind the Vandal Switches will be a Round Washer that hides the Square Hole that once was there. so you dont see any remains of that ..the bondo will work for molding those Washers to the front and i will taper the edges of the washers into the actual flat face so it looks Factory.. Also Behind the Face looks like Crap.. So i will Fill All that in to Look Smooth and the Wiring for Switches and Led , etc.. will look Custom from Behind.

These shots might help to form those ideas i have...

I've got a great idea of what you're talking about now. I'm excited to see how you work with this stuff.
