Well some of the monitors might be with speaker, and some without. Some of the monitors come with tempered glass. Some of them have dead pixel checking involved by the seller. Things like that.

I think the lite version has speakers. I don't exactly remember.
Tempered glass is basically another piece of glass that sort of stretches from edge to edge, like on Apple products (ex. iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod Touch, MacBook Pro screen, etc.).

I believe the lite version is the "normal" version. The lite is the base unit, no speakers, no tempered glass, black. The tempered glass versions have glass that covers the screen. From what I have read they were designed to be used in internet-cafe places. Places where many people will be using them and touching them and poking things at the screen. The early versions had glass over the screen and bezel. The entire front was flat. The newer version of the tempered glass had the glass over the screen and then the bezel was added. So the bezel stands off from the screen. I think that is typical of most monitors you would see. Aesthetically I liked the idea of the glass over the entire screen and bezel and had considered getting one of those a few months ago. There are reports of dust stuck under the glass though. Apparently the monitors are not constructed in a dust free clean room. Not only do we chance getting bad pixels with the tempered glass version you risk dust particles too.
There is a version that has speakers and also a version that is white.
I know the threads here have hundreds of pages and thousands of posts but if you find the time you should try to work through every page. Some people have posted tables of the different model versions and even pictures of them.
