Actually, I disabled XMP and threw it to 1.4v, problem solved.

Running x19 150 bclk.

I'm gonna see how far it will go before it acts up again.

x20 @ 150bclk is as high as I can go.

1.4v is needed for this

I don't think that board supports a multiplier of x21.
