Trixx and GPU-Z report different clock frequencies

As of late, it seem clear that Sapphire's Trixx overclocking utility doesn't work anymore with my Sapphire radeon 7950 card.

GPU-Z reports 810 GHz clocks, while Trixx report 1000 as expected by what has been set with the various settings in Trixx.

It used to work, now it doesnt and I wonder what is wrong.

There was an incident where I got a green screen with vertical stripes, indicative of some kind of severe artifacting, but there is no reason for a hardware failure to have happened, expect perhaps for the memory clocks at 1500 MHz. VRAM and VRM temps were well below 90 deg, and probably never went over 79 deg C.

Sapphire 7950 card (810/1250)
Catalyst 12.8 drivers (overdrive disabled)
Trixx 4.3.0 (1000 MHz core, 1400 MHz mem, 20% board power li, vccd 1,1 volt)
GPU-Z 0.6.4

My Sapphire 7950 seem to be lacking soldering on the back and I have no idea if this is really a bad thing. I was hoping it wouldn't matter.

I am terribly sorry, but GPU-Z is now reporting the Trixx values. I don't know why it did not work earlier.
