"Windows explorer has stopped working" every 3-5 minutes

I keep getting an error where Windows Explorer stops working. this happens every 3-5 minutes.

in the Eventlog, it says:

I see the Atiumd64.dll, which makes me believe it has something to do with the Graphics card drivers?
but it started happening, after I downloaded a mod for Arma 2, I removed it right after and ran a virus search with Malwarebytes and MSE. (found none)

I have also run sfc /scannow which found some errors, but it keeps happening.

Any help would be highly appreciated!

It could be that a key file/driver was accidentally removed. If you have a backup image,I would suggest you restore windows.

Or download and run microsoft fix it.

Remove and then reinstall the latest AMD drivers. That should fix it.

Happens to me when my GPU does not have enough Vcore.

Reinstalled the drivers, still happening.

I changed the CPU 2 days ago and the overclock on my Graphics cards are the same now as then, did not have the problem with the old CPU.

Is it doing the same thing on stock? Have you tried decreasing the Ram Freq.

The ram is on its Stock config, except 1 on the end where it was 2 on the XMP profile

Are you running 12.9? Lots of people having the same issue on 12.9. Get back on 12.8 if you are.
