I don't think wally considers 160 miles away "local". Most retailers have such a clause in their price match guarantee. I know Best Buy does.

got myself diablo 3 and starcraft 2 at bestbuy at a second location. mean old woman at the first location denied me. missed out on skyrim but since its on steam, ill just wait till it goes on sale there or elsewhere. i might try my luck at ebay for another diablo 3 though.

I showed this deal to a co-worker and he went to Best Buy in Manhattan (5th Av & 45th ST), they gladly accepted the price match on SC2 (they even had Toys R Us on the pre-defined PM list, so it was quick & easy), however at same time they refused the PM on Diablo III - reason was that they had only 2 boxes left and since it was a hot selling item they said no. other than that, he had no trouble with price match over there.

Post on there Walmart Facebook. Then they'll refer you to the Walmart Feedback page. Then they'll tell you to email it in. Just type up how poorly you were treated and the policy is in print on the website.
Type it once and it's all copy and paste. Lol.

Then you'll get a call from the Regional Manager who will cave, might just give you one. Lol.

like I said, earlier this week, I got to price match BF3 and D3, but couldn't price match Skyrim because it was no longer on the Toysrus website.

Now today, I went back at Best Buy to get a mouse and another copy of D3 for someone, saw Skyrim on the shelf, and decided to give it another try. The cashier called the manager to match the prices, I showed him the ad for D3/Skryim on my phone, then he checked it on his PC--he only checked D3, then he said, "cool, enjoy your games." He also said he's going to get one for himself.

P.S. That was the last copy of Skyrim. I'd buy more copies of D3 if I wasn't broke.
