I don't entirely agree when it comes to intellectual creations. If a movie or book sequel were to come out, and it were simply the exact same story spare a few exceptions, there'd certainly be some kind of backlash. EA can defend itself by insisting that it releases yearly "editions" rather than actual sequels, but gamers will inevitably be mislead into believing it's a sequel in terms of gameplay/features; this is obviously intentional.
A book is a huge difference to a sports game.

It's not like they are just making things up, they're following an actual event that is happening. It's not really a "sequel".
But it was only done for the wii, not the PS3, 360. Which is the problem
