I have no knowledge whatsoever about the speed of fans and which cooling fans are good ones. I was searching and i found a cooling pad for laptop though the speed of the fan is 1500 rmp, is that good enough for cooling or not? I have to keep in mind that it doesn't go all noisy as well and provide the most amount of cooling for laptop when gaming.

I would suggest taking a look at this series.

Yes 1500 should be good and quiet.
A laptop cooler was the first product I got from NZXT and I have been a loyal customer since.
