I currently own a Microsoft HD-5000, which I sincerely regret. The autofocus is a mess and the screen quality is mediocre at best. I primarily use this webcam as a mic to chat ingame, while my family uses it to Skype. I currently have a budget of $50 max and was wondering the best option particularly in the sound department. The only restriction I have is that the webcam can't be one of those clip onto the monitor types. I'd prefer a more flexible range of positions. Thanks.
Edit: Only two source of noise in my room are my mechanical keyboard and a fan the runs in the background.
