Wanting to start Android App development.

Hi guys,

I am wanting to develop an Android app. I have used other languages such as C, C#, AS3, Java (a little). I want to start off from the start with this so I've been looking at book and websites. Any of you guys heard about this book or this one? I have also been looking at this website. I'm highly considering getting one of those books.

Have you guys got any further advice?

to be honest, i just Google's official Android developers site. It give you everything you need to know about writing Android apps.

The New Boston videos are great for learning a new language. He explains everything very well. It is what I used to learn Android and it worked quite well, better than the book I was trying to use.
