That's how my friends and I were with MW2. We'd go into ground war with a full team of 9, and pretty much control map selection and dominate every game. ;]
I think I've got about 38-40 days on MW2. Something of the sorts.

Much more fun playing with friends. With all the changes they're making to BLOPS2, I'm really looking forward to it. One of the few titles I'll pick up on launch day.
I'm anticipating the new "Pick 10" system quite a bit. I was able to pick up a cheap replacement xbox for mine today pretty cheap. (Mine had a lot of issues, and was ready to bite the dust.) One of the new ones, too.

So guess I'm still going to be using Xbox for a little while. ;]
Now, not sure if I want to use HDMI through my receiver, to my monitor... Or use something else. I can use anything, really. I used to use VGA quite a bit, but that was before I had a monitor with a f--- ton of inputs. biggrin.gif

I play CoD PC and my friend plays on 360. A year after the game comes out I cant find a game to join because the community has moved on to some new game however my friend can just put in a disk and drop right into a game. He sure got a lot more solid game play than I did for $60. I'd get it on the console because of a lack of support on the PC side.

I figured something like that would happen.

Thanks for the honesty/support.

I've played Call of Duty 2, WaW, MW, and MW2 all on PC. They ran really well and I enjoyed them a lot. My favorite is WaW because I think the campaign is great. But when Black Ops came out, I bought it for PC and it was terrible! It lagged, and each time I Alt+Tab out and came back, the screen would flicker yellow. It felt really buggy and I didn't enjoy it. That kinda ruined Call of Duty in general for me. Then I started playing BF3 on PS3 (since my PC sucked at the time) and I really enjoy it. This is kinda off topic I know, but I don't think i'll be buying any more Call of Duty games. I'm a Battlefield guy now.

I try to keep them both. BF3 on the PC and CoD on the Xbox. After thought, another reason I'm going with the 360 for BO2 is that I don't have to worry about settings and crap. CoD is my "relax and not care about anything" game, so not having to fiddle with settings and stuff is nice. Gotta have a pop in and not worry about it game around.

Yeah, cod is laid back for me also, although I do tryhard a lot on it. Its just fun to relax, lean back and just play for hours with a group. I dont see the whole pc is more competitive, everyone on xbox is using the same hardware and controller, so you dont have any advantages over people but pure skill. Pc you can very much buy skill to an extent with all the hardware and peripherals, I love pc, but that is my outlook on competitive gaming.

Who doesn't tryhard? Relaxation turns into AHHHHHHHH pretty easily. I guess it's just perception. I think it may take a bit more skill to use a mouse and keyboard, but again, it's all perception. Now, those Scuf controllers supposedly give you a bit of an edge because of the paddles on the back. I'd like to try one, but I can't justify spending that much on a controller (yet. I am on OCN.........)

My thought on all those things like that is companies like scuff and gammalabs especially just sponsor everyone so they will all say they have great products. Its a scam. Every gaming youtuber has a scuff discount code, and says how great gammalabs is. Same with those gaming glasses.

I don't see the point in the glasses or the Gammalabs stuff. The controller I could see working since the fingers your not using are resting on 2 extra buttons. Sounds nice to leave your thumbs on the thumbsticks and still be able to hit A and B. Not willing to drop the money on it though. I'd get frustrated trying to learn to use the thing
