Hmm... any chance you can pick up a new PSU anyway? This one doesn't sound to good anyway, and even if it is not the issue it may be a good investment.

I don't feel like replacing stuff that works, this just doesn't seem to be right, if the psu was broken wouldn't it give me more problems than just giving the card a hard time while booting?

Yeah it should be. If the issue has occurred during Windows installation it is likely hardware, might need to perhaps try a different GPU (if you have one, or borrow one from a friend?) My other suggestion is to run memtest86+ or to test with only a single stick.

Hey everyone, sorry to keep you all waiting in the dark for so long ( if anyone cares), it seems i have fixed my problem, it was my "leet cable management" the 4pin connector that feeds power to the cpu was a bit tense and it kinda wasnt contacting right, fixed it, cleaned the pc from dust and stuff and its working fine smile.gif
