That's the advertised power phase, not the true one. The true phase count is 4. Check the chart. Just because it has 8 phases doesn't mean the motherboard isn't using doublers (there's a video on it. I'll post it below).

And as far as scores go you usually want a 3 or higher (basically a 3 or 4) for all 4 ratings.
