Best cooling config?

So I recently changed my liquid cooling fan setup. It is still push/pull but it's now blowing air into the case, instead of out. The temperature did drop by a bit, but now I'm worried about my GPU. since the GPU will suck in some of the air that the radiator fan blows out, will it do anything bad to it? So what would be a good fan configuration for me? Maybe change the case fans, to blow out the case?
Thanks in advance for any help.

This is what my current configuration is:

From what I have read you are on the right track. Are you having temp problems with the GPU? If not you are probably getting enough fresh air that it doesn't matter. Remember a couple of 80 CFM fans would cycle all of the air in your case more than once per minute. What are your GPU temps currently?

My GPU temps are 44 C in idle. That used to be 42 but it's a very small increase. Thanks for the reply +rep

The liquid temp is around 37-38 C and CPU at 40 C.
