whats is your mother board and what was your original bios, mention your full rig otherwise people will find it difficult to help.

If it's the FT0 pic that you attached then robin already modded a FT0 try that.

You have a FT0 bios. Please post your original bios file here.
Otherwise try this--->> http://www.overclock.net/t/1313813/new-bios-update-for-gigabyte-hd7950/810#post_20139512

Seems like finally after all the hardships that i've taken, finally i managed to resolve my problem. After numerous hours of hex editing and googling, i've successfully moded my bios which i will attach for future reference or if anyone isn't satisfied with his own bios and he want's to change it.
If anyone want's more information on this, feel free to ask, i will help in any way i can. Basically with my card with ASIC of 66,4%, i've managed to get max stable OC of 1120core while keeping the temps under 70c, when doing a 3-loop FurMark 15-min stress test.
I can even write a small tutorial for the adventurers who wish to tinker with theirs bios or aren't sattisfied with the one i provided.
The bios is FX1, so it works for rev.2 cards, stock core/stock mem, 1,169v. -unlocked voltage.

@Robnitro
Do you know at which offset in bios can the power limit be changed from 20 to 50 and is it possible to edit the ASIC table for the stock core/voltage, not the boost one, so i can reduce throttling or downclocking under full load!?

EDIT
Nevermind, found it and changed it accordingly. Here is the new bios with Power limit changed to 50% which nullifies throttling or downclocking.
