AFAIK (gpu-z and hwmonitor) the card is not being throttled down.
With the stock F43 BIOS, typically the best LTC mining is done at GPU clock of 1100-1150, and memclock of 1250. Stock voltage of 1.090v (it's locked anyway). In my experience, the best LTC mining with your modded FT0 is at GPU 1108, memclock 1500, at 1.056v and powertune 20.
These are settable via the mining exe (cgminr), trixx, msi ab &c and are respected. I dunno what the hell changed between F43 and FT0 that cards that ship with FT0 cannot be flashed back to F43. Attempting to use the headers from FT0 around the F43 BIOS (matt's mod) results in a system that will not boot.
One note - someone else who used the exact same settings as I have for FT0 have gotten better results (670KH/s) even at 1.056v. That's baffling...(I have quadruple checked these, so it ain't me).

Is that what changed then? Voltage nonsense? I was searching from E2 04 (1250) when looking through your BIOS and at the end just compared stock to yours in wxHexEditor. But then I had no idea what to do in order to get the change I wanted...mostly because I don't know what the change I want is, exactly. A comparison of F43 to FT0 yields nothing intelligible by me.
BTW - changing the voltage on an FT0 card in Trixx to 1.090v (as reported by GPU-Z and HWMonitor) does not result in increased performance for me.
