Need help with Dual Monitor setup...

I currently have two monitors:
23 inch 1080p monitor connected via HDMI as main monitor
19 inch monitor connected via DVI as an "accessory" monitor)

1. The resolutions and aspect ratios are different. My accessory monitor is currently using my main monitor's wallpaper, and it looks really bad. Is it possible to have two different wallpapers?
2. BIOS screen is shown on the accessory monitor instead of the main monitor when starting. Is it possible to get the BIOS onto the main one?
3. How do I extend the taskbar onto the accessory monitor?
4. When I drag open windows from the main monitor onto the accessory monitor, the icons are still shown in the main monitor's taskbar. Is it possible to have them shown on the accessory monitor's taskbar?
5. When using a SINGLE monitor, the BIOS screen on the main monitor is letterboxed. Is it possible to get it to full screen?

Take a look at UltraMon, DisplayFusion or MultiMon, there's some others I can't remember. You'll need a third party application to extend the taskbar with icons and different wallpapers, ect..
