nvidia card helps with rendering your timeline. but will not help majorly with encoding. so just get any card on this list the adobe made that is currently supported by CS6 for the mercury engine

transcoding is done by CPU as well unless adobe has changed it. according to them the nvidia GPU is used for previews and rendering and thats about it
