CM Storm Spawn still jitters @ 800 dpi?

I've been reading some older reviews and threads on the CM Storm Spawn from about 1 year ago and a common issue that people were having with the mouse was that it would jitter very badly when set to 800 dpi (example: http://www.overclock.net/t/1076117/my-cm-storm-spawn-experience)

Has this been fixed with recent firmware updates or is this mouse still unusable with this dpi? Also, have they added support for lower dpi (400ish) since then, and if so, how does it perform?

I believe that problem is solved when the mouse is running at 1000hz.

This problem has been fixed with firmware version 60 and 61.
