You made a good point on the pump so I am thinking on something like:
http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info.php?products_id=2901 (Yes I am trying to stick with aqua to take advantage of the aquaero
)
and for the res:
http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info.php?products_id=2944
I will also remove the bottom drive cage out as I don't use it and don't think I ever will.

Well you found the website I was going to suggest for the European brands (aquatuning.us), so that's awesome. You can find some euro brands on north american sites, but the pricing goes way up.
Magicool make most of the other radiator brand's cores, so they are very good rads.
The aquacomputer D5 pump is overpriced. You can get a new alphacool bare D5 pump for 89.99 USD. It's the same exact D5 pump, and when I say exact, it's exact. It'll save you a couple bucks.
You can get tube reservoirs also from other companies which will cost less. Hell, FrozenQ Liquid fusion tube reservoirs are great to add color to a themed rig, and are great in quality.
Sometime sticking with a company can become detrimental to the outcome and price tag of a rig. I understand the desire to stick with any given brand due to quality, price, warranty or customer service; but sometimes you can find better deals with products that have the same level of quality or better. Not trying to be mean, but don't limit your options in this regard. Take the time to see what everyone has to offer even if you're biased towards a certain brand.
