Because I cant get a waterblock until decemberish and until then I need good cooling. ( still undecided about a waterloop)

If the Sapphire was at 85* game load Im scared to even imagine what ref must be

Gigabyte is virtually silent without fan problems and OC'd to 1100 its 60* game load.

According to TPU Ref only hits 75C. 85C is fine for an AMD card though. I've seen people run AMD cards without cleaning the cooler for years and spending hour and hours a day gaming without issue, GPU's can stand high heat pretty well.

You should have a look at your psu. All three whining badly, what are the odds of that?

Your school PC's probably won't draw as much power as your gaming PC so it may not whine.

My gigabyte whines a bit, so your not alone. Mostly happens on loading screens. Its not nearly enough to bother me though.
