Does anyone know about any other ways to contact Dayton Audio support than their phone support shown here?
I have a malfunctioning DTA-100a that I need to RMA. I've tried calling Dayton Audio's support twice now for over 25 minutes each time. Not once in each of those 25 minutes has someone picked up the phone. It's almost like they have no one manning the phones there at all. It's absolutely horrible.
Has anyone delt with Dayton Audio support? If so are there any other ways to get in contact with them? If not then I guess I'll just have to throw out this amp and be out $100 because their phone support is non-existent.
Thanks,
Matt
