Dayton Audio Support?

Thread Starter
Does anyone know about any other ways to contact Dayton Audio support than their phone support shown here?

I have a malfunctioning DTA-100a that I need to RMA. I've tried calling Dayton Audio's support twice now for over 25 minutes each time. Not once in each of those 25 minutes has someone picked up the phone. It's almost like they have no one manning the phones there at all. It's absolutely horrible.

Has anyone delt with Dayton Audio support? If so are there any other ways to get in contact with them? If not then I guess I'll just have to throw out this amp and be out $100 because their phone support is non-existent.

Thanks,
Matt

I bought it from Parts Express but it was through Amazon. I'm not sure if they will do anything about it. Thanks for the advice though!

You need to call Parts Express. Even though you bought it from Amazon, you still should be dealing with PE as that's the store you bought it from. Give them a call (not email, but a call), and see what they can do for you.

Thanks for the advice!

I called Parts Express today and instead of using the extension that Dayton Audio lists I just used Parts Express's directory. Someone picked up within 20 seconds. I gave them the info and they said that it was fulfilled by Amazon through Parts Express so I'll have to email them the invoice. I emailed them after I got off the phone with them. We'll see what happens next.

I bet the extension Dayton Audio has on their website goes to nowhere. They should really take that down so they don't confuse anyone else.

Edit:
Do they always make you pay for shipping? I'm not going to lay out $20 for shipping. If that's the case I'll just write it off as a loss and buy elsewhere.
