ASUS P8Z68 V Pro Not Detecting GPU

Thread Starter
The other day I replaced my motherboard and graphics card since they died.
The new motherboard I got was the ASUS P8Z68 V Pro and the GPU is the MSI Geforce GTX 660 Ti.
Everything was working fine at the store, but after I brought it home, I could not get any signal from the GPU and switched to the onboard graphics where I could get a signal.
Going into Device Manager and running the Driver installation it could not detect the graphics card.
I placed the card into my brothers computer and it works there, and I placed his 550 Ti into mine and it works as well.
I own a AX750 PSU so I was highly doubtful it was the PSU, but I brought it to the store anyways to test it out.
They tried a different PSU there and it worked. The problem however is that I then purchased a new PSU but I still don't get any signal.
The fans on the GPU are spinning and there's LED lights on it indicating that it's on.
I have tried flashing BIOS and changing the settings to run off PCIe but to no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

download and install nvidia drivers? if the drivers you attempt to install detect no drivers then i would blame a bad PCI slot. it also might be the cause of a bad graphics card. if you have a different card laying around, throw it in the system (not literally) and see if it works then.

I stated in the original that I tried different cards and a different motherboard.

Thanks for the help though.
