The Prob. Is Clear on The Title ... in Generale I get 50-66% GPU utilization . For Exmp. sometimes 66% & 45 fps mad.gif
My config.
AMD X4 960T ( 4ghz * 4)
ASUS M5A78L-M LE
XFX HD7850 Double D.
Corsair 4GB DDR3 Memory module, 1333MHz
Corsair CX600 V2

Your X4 960T just doesnt have the power to push your GPU too 100% Usage.

The lower your screen resolution the more you notice when a CPU is not powerfull enough.
(If you run 1280x720 you get much lower GPU Usage then 1920x1080 resolution)

The only solution is to Overclock your CPU to the maximum that Temprature/Voltage allows.
Or Upgrade to a faster one.

Maybe it is even possible to Unlock your CPU to a 6-Core cpu and then OC that to the max thumb.gif

edit: In comparison the MP needs allot more CPU power then the SP with allot more action on the screen

i run the game with 1920x1080 ! but i notice that CPU still in the Game avg. of 66-70% .... i have never seen hem 100% on the game ... but i ll try 6 cores

Because a CPU is under 100% usage wont mean it is not bottlenecking the GPU
