Image previews (lightbox) do not disappear when clicking page background to dismiss

Thread Starter
  • What happened?
Clicking image in thread opens full size preview - clicking background should dismiss both darkened background AND the preview image.

  • Are you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
    Yes.

  • What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
    1. View thread with a post that contains one or more images.
    2. Click on an image. Full size image view appears with darkened background.
    3. Click away outside of image (e.g on the darkened background).
    4. Observe darkened background disappears, however image stays
    5. Must explicitly click "X" on image to close entirely.
  • What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
The old behavior...image to disappear. This used to happen.

  • Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue:
Does it on all of my PCs.

  • Browser, active browser addons, and operating system:
    Windows 7 and Windows 8
Waterfox or Firefox, Google Chrome. Image previews do not work AT ALL in IE.

  • URL where the issue occurs:
    n/a
