You won't! It will be fine as long as you stay within the suggested max voltage and temperature range.
Kostas has the wrong idea, by "3.4" I think he assumed you meant WEI. tongue.gif

EDIT: Before you go running it at its max for ages, I take no blame if you ruin your CPU or motherboard. Check your board and its VRM's. Technically speaking running within the specified ranges you should be safe but not always.
