Does anyone know how to install Foobar 2k themes?

I am trying to install this theme:

I have put the files in the skin & theme folder and Foobar doesn't want to see them. Does anyone know how to install themes? Thanks

READ THE DEVELOPERS instructions and you 'll figure it out. at work, stuff is blocked.
