You learn it from other peoples mistakes like yours. Alatar explained it pretty good, hell I don't go much over 1.3v for 24/7 use and my motherboard is watercooled. Then again my 980x will do 4.3GHz on 1.3v. smile.gif

It probably does but still don't do above 1.4V for a 24/7 overclock. With 1.4V you might be able to hit 4.2GHz and defiantly 4GHz.
