HD4870 512 mb with ThermalTake HR-03 GT, Foxconn A79A-S (Bad onboard NIC), Wanted AM2+ higher-end Mobo.

I'm getting ready to convert my 4800-era sigrig into a newer mid-level HTPC. Looking to acquire an AM2+ mobo to replace my Foxconn A79A-S which has a bad NIC. Will accept partial payment in "HTPC case reccomendations / rig pics", an international currency which I am founding myself. I have full original packaging and all included accessories for every item.
Looking to sell or trade these components, All prices include shipping.
- Foxconn A79A-S - 790FX / SB750 - DDR2 1066 - AM2+ $40 OBO

This motherboard has a bad onboard NIC but is otherwise stable. I've overclocked my 9850BE to 2.9 ghz and run stable for games, but I haven't had time to fiddle with OC's all the time so this motherboard has been run at 2.5ghz for most of its life, enjoying the cooling of my big silver CPU sink. I'd keep it, but the NIC issue means I have an extra card to stuff into a smaller HTPC case.
- Gigabyte HD 4870 and Thermaltake HR-03 GT $60 / $30 or $80 together
Looking for HD6770 (for lower Power consumption, HDMI outputs)
I've had the HR03GT on the card for the entire time I've owned it, never hotter than 52c. Need to sell the HR03-GT (To save space and ventilate the smaller case)
- I will buy your trusty HTPC case that you suddenly don't need anymore, especially if it accommodates tower coolers and 5+ HDDs
