John: We are having problems with them populating in our system.

John: I am still on it, I havnt called because I still have no information to give you.
colby: ok thank you. is there a confirmation that it has shipped right?
John: Thats where I am having the trouble. I do show it packed and "shipped" but to as what carrier, I am at a loss.
John: If I do not have anything by the end of the day, I will cancel this particular order, and reissue a new one.
John: It is "Lost" IMHO, but I am not getting a straight answer as of yet.

John: No Problem, I apologize for not having an answer yet. I will contact you by 5PM EST if I am still at a loss, and I will get a replacement out to you.

Again i did'nt get a phone call at 5pm about my order so i sent them an email and recieved one back the next day saying that the "carrier" has accepted the claim and that it would just be a little more paper work before the new order would ship. This was on october 4th i have heard nothing about my order from them since. I have sent them another email and have'nt recieved anything back. I have been waiting for my order(which is over 200$) for almost two weeks. In that time i have placed two orders from frozencpu and and recieved both. Anyway to sum it up im pretty dissapointed with xoxide ive ordered from them before but i think this will be my last time.
