New ITX Cooler from Thermalright: AXP-100 - Page 4

cpucooler.jpg 267k .jpg file

I have sent an email asking again about the GPU & RAM clearance after seeing that picture. It's MSI Z77IA-E53.

That picture is not taken from directly above cooler. Look at 2 center pipes and notice the 3rd from top of image appears as one pipe width.. That's the camera angle. Also notice the fan appears to be off-centered toward bottom of image.

Cooler is 105.47mm wide so from centerline of CPU to edge of cooler is 52.735mm Measure and see. thumb.gif

The cooler is interesting. The fan is VERY interesting. If it performs well on the heatsink and is quiet, I will be very happy to buy a few.

With any luck I should have one in about a week. I'm told it was posted out yesterday so just have to wait and see.
Will stick it on my bench i7 920 and see what it will do.
I'm playing around comparing a few coolers I have here.. HR-02, Cogage Arrow, Ultra 120 (original 4 pipe), Zaward Vapor 120( on Athlon II X4 620 now) and my Phanteks PH-TC14PE. It will end up on the Athlon II X4 620 @ 3.5GHz in old but clean Lian Li PC-50 case. wink.gif

Sorry. I knew about the Special Edition black, just didn't post it. I am surprised more coolers aren't sold in black.. They all look better in black. smile.gif
