how to save Nvidia custom resolution

Ok I feel stupid for asking this but I could not find it on the thread after looking for about 15.

After I "Create a Custom Resolution" inside the NVIDIA control Panel, I can test the custom resolution. But I can not save it. Even looking at the OC instructions for NIVIDA I do not see a save custom resolution button.

I would appreciated any help.

Create and save resolution through display panel in windows.

Sorry I was only referring to the NVIDIA OC guide (the first post on this forum). I do not think you can OC a monitor from the display panel in windows.
