IntelBurnTest - how to get best results?

What system config is the best for running IBT? I ran it when I first got my 3930k and could only reach 99GFlops, but then after some tweaking I managed 135GFlops.

Long story short I have reinstalled and even with hyperthreading off I can only get 100 Gflops again... Help!

Disable all but one core and enable them one by one.
