It seems that EA has removed some content from Battlefield 3′s upcoming DLC, Aftermath and End Game. According to the official BF3 Twitter account, Aftermath was supposed to include new weapons, however it has been confirmed that both Aftermath and End Game won’t feature any new weapons, at all.
EA has silently removed the additional weapons from both Aftermath’s and End Game’s profile pages in Battlelog.

LAAAAAAAAAME. I'm sick of all the weapons out there now, and Recon needs some better gadgets to play a more up-front role. How about a tracer-dart like device? Or radio-jammer to help take the heat off from missile lock ons? SOMETHING!

This might sound a bit nooby, but can't premium members sue them for false advertising? They paid for something different than what they are going to get

like stated on source page. They should then refund some premium money for the lack of content premium users paid for.

Possibly. Considering they've already been sued for false advertising with BF3 last year, it's likely to happen again.

Plus, there was all the false advertising for Armored Kill, Close Quarters, and even the pricing of premium.

You might have quite a case. tongue.gif

They could because you can sue people for anything but i doubt they would win over something like that.

If you can prove that EA guaranteed that new weapons would be released in these two expansions for those who bought Premium, you might have a slight chance, but not really.

If you bought Premium, you bought it to get all of the next expansion packs. You didn't specifically pay for the new weapons. You paid for new content and that's what you're getting.

Don't worry everyone, It's EA the guns will be back in a couple of months with the same content they planned for an extra £9.99 biggrin.gif

Yes but looking at the before and after picture of their advertisement it was specifically saying about new weapons.

Btw I am not Premium I am asking out of curiosity.
