GTX 660 Ti not detected

Thread Starter
The other day I replaced my motherboard and graphics card since they died.
The new motherboard I got was the ASUS P8Z68 V Pro and the GPU is the MSI Geforce GTX 660 Ti.
Everything was working fine at the store, but after I brought it home, I could not get any signal from the GPU and switched to the onboard graphics where I could get a signal.
Going into Device Manager and running the Driver installation it could not detect the graphics card.
I placed the card into my brothers computer and it works there, and I placed his 550 Ti into mine and it works as well.
I own a AX750 PSU so I was highly doubtful it was the PSU, but I brought it to the store anyways to test it out.
They tried a different PSU there and it worked. The problem however is that I then purchased a new PSU( another AX750) but I still don't get any signal.
The fans on the GPU are spinning and there's LED lights on it indicating that it's on.
I have tried flashing the BIOS and changing the settings to run off PCIe but to no luck.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Have you tried putting the card into the next available PCI-E slot?
We know the card works seen as you put it in your brothers rig at least.
If my suggestion does not work, try replacing the PSU by using the PSU from your brothers rig.

The next PCIe slot doesn't work either.
I'll try your suggestion after I get home.
Thanks.

Yep, replace the PSU and retest. You might have a voltage issue on a voltage rail, or a bad connector which is not giving the GPU the required power, which will cause issues for all the system. Is the VGA output option set to auto or PCI-E? If the bios is only looking through the onboard unit, you will not get a signal.

Edit: Check my bios setting idea before testing with a different PSU.

In BIOS, is your GPU set to onboard or PCI? Make sure its PCI!

The settings in BIOS at the moment is set to Auto. I have tried switching it to PCIe but when I save and restart it switches back to Auto again since it can't detect the GPU.
I will have to try your PSU method tomorrow as I'm busy with school. I'll keep you updated though.
Thanks.

Did you try the 660 in the bottom PCI-E slot to rule out a bad slot?

So it seems it is the PSU having issues with my other components. Might have been a problem with the voltage rail, I'll never know. Replaced the PSU with something from a different brand and it works fine. Thanks for the help guys.
