Z77 Extreme3 has comparable VRM to Z68 Extreme3.
I found it with extremely low stock. So it's a hit or miss tomorrow morning.

What other board would you recommend that has at least 4x USB 3.0 (2x USB 3.0 for front Panel Header, 2x Rear)?

I approve of Asus brands, but for some reason the Z77 generation is twice as much as anything else.

Understood & I agree thumb.gif I was hoping you were not another mobo basher & was hoping your reason was logical & not bias.

I recommend Gigabyte Z77X-D3H since you're looking to spend as less as possible.

That looks like an excellent substitute, if only I can find it on sale. I wish the heatsinks were black, and not some random blue colour thrown in. Gigabyte really makes some ugly boards. But I see the board you have looks good.

VRM definitions were for information only.
What is important is they do the job, and have heat sinks if needed for your purpose. The Extreme3 is fine.
