NZXT Red Led Kit question

Thread Starter
I wanted to hide the Led controller instead of having it use an expansion slot. I read a post of someone using electrical tape to prevent the PCB from short circuiting.
Here's an image of the controller:

Where do I apply the electric tape?

would it be possible to remove the bracket and drill holes for the switch in the front of the case?

or just remove the reset button and use the pre existing hole?

the circuit board would be inside the case above the dvd drive and the switch would be outside

I dont see why not.

You would have to make some sort of bracket though to get it mounted properly.

You thinking of an empty drive bay?

nope, just using double sided tape and attach it to the top of my 650d then push the switch through the reset button hole

The thing about double sided tape is it cant handle too much pressure in small pieces so if you push to hard etc it might come off.

Good tape can last along time though if surfaces are prepped correctly.
