It's not that much bigger for full size keyboards, the only added size is 1 1/2" on the left for 6 macro keys and and less than an 1" on the top using smaller function keys for macro profile, lighting, & audio controls. Smaller boards don't carry some of those extra functions but I guess if you don't need them then it is superfluous.

On a side note: I noticed something on the G710+ the other day I hadn't until I took a closer look.....the 'Windows' key has the new Windows 8 logo. biggrin.gif

quick question about the g710+ here, where are the profiles stored?
using this exclusively for my laptop, so i need to be able to have all my profiles and macros available every time i plug the board in.
only asking because i bought a gaming keyboard before that made me redo all the macros every time i plugged it into the computer.

Interesting keyboard.

At home, I have 2 Leopolds with MX browns and blues, and a Corsair K90 with MX reds.

I almost never use the browns anymore. frown.gif Don't really like them. I'm always typing with the blues, and gaming with the reds.

The K90 is my favorite keyboards for gaming. And it looks great. Will probably buy the G710+ just for fun and try it. But I would have prefer some reds on it.

Just to confirm they are stored on the machine, swapped keyboards out after my WASD+Directional keys went out, all my macros still here.
