Nope, I've tested it all and it all passes. Just doesn't pass with 3 sticks in.

Ahhh gotcha. I was thinking before that it may be a bad DIMM slot - and now that's the only thing I can come up with. Sooo... if you're cool running just two sticks, leave it at that until something else goes wrong; I tend to assume once something goes wrong other things will follow wink.gif If you're not willing to risk that, you could try getting the board replaced.

I have no idea how I could have a bad dimm slot, I've tested each red slot separately and they pass.
I'll put the stock motherboard heatsink on tomorrow and give it a quick try.

Sounds alot like a flaky IMC if it works with single channel and fails with dual or tripple, it´s either put ram in single channel mode or rma cpu if you could.

Usually throwing something at a wall causes it to work. Try it.

It works in single and dual channel, just not triple. It was all working before I installed my waterblock, among other things, so I've taken the motherboard block off and am now memtesting again.

Did you ever get this board working?
It really sounds like it's the board, but if you wanted I could maybe help you troubleshoot one day? I've got to head up the Launceston to see my grandmother sometime soon.. I can also look around Devonport for some cheaper used X58 boards if you the board is confirmed dead.

I've got the same PSU as you too, but mines been working for almost 1.5 years now.
