I've always used Supermicro for my boards and went with their memory recommendations (of which thankfully they didn't have too many). Now I'm thinking I'd like to overclock my **** and went with ASUS P8Z77-V Pro with Thunderbolt I know little about overclocking and would like to hear some recommendations for 32 GB of RAM. The build is the aforementioned board with i-3770K (with Noctua NH-D14 air cooler), a relatively basic EVGA GT520 video card (I don't game), 3 SSD's, 3 HDD's, and 32 GB of RAM - the brand and model to be determined. The system will be mostly used for audio production - recording and mixing. Mixing in particular is RAM/CPU-hungry - various plug-ins, hardware processor emulations, and virtual instruments eat resources like crazy. Looking for speed, stability, and longevity (at least 5 years). Thanks much for your help.
