Is there any stability/efficiency difference between a single railed PSU and a Multi railed PSU?

No. I'll let the master dictate the rest: http://www.overclock.net/t/761202/single-rail-vs-multi-rail-explained

i have that silverstone psu (well almost). i have the original strider gold, but those evolution psu's are the newer or up to date variants. same look and construct but a few differences. here is a link comparing both the original strider gold (i own) and the strider evolution gold (youre considering). all i can say is that i love my silverstone psu as i got it for a great deal (and its 100% fully modular). antec is a fantastic brand, but seeing as it is only 700w, id still choose the silverstone for more capacity.

one thing though, the silverstone psu does not come with an on/off switch and the warranty is short (3 years) .i figured id let you know because people do care for those features. i don't care for the switch part, but i do wish the warranty was longer.
