Odd vertical lines on TV

I've been noticing two odd vertical lines on the right edge of my TV. It's a Toshiba, unfortunately I don't know the model, as I'm away at school. They flicker very close to each other, and I don't know what to do to fix it. It does it on basic coax cable in, and on HDMI in from a laptop.

If it does it on all of the inputs, it's most likely the screen failing.
